College Success Tutors
Our newest program, College 4 All, takes high school graduates who have yet to complete their sentence and works ensures they leave Juvenile Hall signed up and ready for college. Meeting with tutors twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays, 1-3pm), our program teaches remedial math and English to ensure students enter college with the skills necessary for success instead of dropping out. We use an online program that assesses and assigns all the work. However, the students still need tutors to guide them through lessons and keep them motivated. This program is desperately in need of committed volunteers. If you have a time to volunteer for this position, we look forward to hearing from you.
